David, can you trick the Medulla into doing things which make the frontal lobes more effective? For instance, can the Medulla insist that I am good at Math, and then by sheer persistence the Medulla forces the frontal lobes to relax, and become good at Math through sheer persistence?

The problem, David, is that people get sidetracked by LIFE! You get involved in everyday living, and soon all that massive enthusiasm is lost as you deal with all the ordinary actions that keep bacon on the table, and gas in the car. How do you keep that focus, PAST the first enthusiastic burst of energy that watching your videos gives anyone who watches them? I guess you have to SEE or hear something that keeps reminding you of David Snyder and NLP. Maybe something on the refrigerator?

The question has always been, "Where does the mind end, and the body begin?" This illustrates just how the two are inextricably intertwined. Every thought can become an action, every action a habit, a collection of habits a lifestyle. If only we can muster the discipline to control that next thought and action, then we can build a framework that will last a lifetime. But how to create a method which makes that discipline a compulsion? NLP just might be the science behind that discipline.
