You can't imagine to be good, and then you're suddenly good. If the life goes one way, there is nothing you can do to influence it. You're just a tiny human being in a vast universe. You can't influence the things that aren't true
With your stuck hands example. I tried, many times. They were NEVER stuck. Because the truth was that they weren't stuck. Just because I believe something doesn't make it real. I can try to believe I live in a manor but my house is a shed. I will absolutely not see the shed as a manor.

I was watching another hypnosis video and was intrigued and wanted to know if you could hypnotize yourself. So when I looked it up this was the first video.
