A lot of people, on this channel, ask me if I’m a NLP master. Due to how much I talk about personal development and challenging yourself and your boundaries, people almost always link that to NLP or Neuro Linguistic Programming.
For those who don’t know, “Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in California, United States in the 1970s.
