Conversational hypnosis has been a topic of admiration for very long now. For more than 50 years, people have been trying to figure out how words and suggestions can influence the subconscious mind.

By hypnotize people covertly, you can help them to change their limitation, convince them to vote for you during an election, solve conflicts in the workplace, or simply persuade more people and make more money.

Even if some books and teachers have done a remarkable job in teaching and modeling this stuff, I wanted to give a more complete model for how it works and what are the missing gaps of traditional conversational hypnosis methods.

This model is my invention, this is the way I see it.

1- First of all you have to identify the limitation, what is the cluster of problematic beliefs your subject is evaluating the world from.

2- Next you have to define where do you want to lead that specifically ? A lot of beginner hypnotists completely fail at this. They want to hypnotize their subject but they don’t know which specific beliefs they want to plant in their head…

3- Third, you are going to reinterpret or “redefine” their limitation. This step is more a mental operation than an actual thing to say. How can you reinterpret what they just said, according to your outcome ?

3- And finally you are going to deliver your hypnotic suggestion, hence “suggesting” the reframed idea, while using special language patterns to bypass resistance.

This is the best way I found to teach people how to use conversational hypnosis.
